What materials are Allbirds shoes made from?
We use premium natural materials including ZQ-certified Merino wool, FSC-certified eucalyptus tree fiber, and SweetFoam®—our proprietary midsole made from sugarcane.
Can I wash my Allbirds in the washing machine?
Yes! Most of our shoes are machine washable. Just remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and wash on a cold cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. You can take your Allbirds for a test drive, and if you don't love them, you can return or exchange them within 30 days, no questions asked—even if you've worn them outside.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to many countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, and various countries across Europe and Asia. Shipping rates and times vary by location.
How do I know what size to order?
Most of our shoes come in whole sizes. If you are typically a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for our Wool runners and sizing down for our Tree models. Check our size guide for specific measurements.
Are Allbirds environmentally friendly?
